Registering for a CoinSpot account
1. Register for a CoinSpot account by selecting ‘Not a member? Sign up’.

2. Enter your chosen email address & secure password for your dedicated CoinSpot personal account.

3. Tap on ‘Begin Verification’.

Verifying your email address
An email will be sent out to the email address entered. Please confirm the email by tapping the blue button ‘Confirm Email’.

Entering Account Holder Details
1. Select Personal(1) > Then tap Next(2).
If you are looking to verify for a Business or SMSF CoinSpot account, please complete this via the
CoinSpot Website's Verification page.

2. Enter your Personal Information, ensuring all fields marked with * are entered.

3. Enter your Contact Information, ensuring all fields marked with * are entered.

4. You may skip this step if you are not a Politically Exposed Person (PEP).
Optional: Facebook or LinkedIn URL is optional and not required to complete your verification.

5. Verify your mobile phone number.
An SMS code will be sent to your entered mobile phone number.

6. Hang tight while your verification detail is being uploaded.
Once uploaded, please continue to Upload your Identity Document.

Uploading Identity Documents
1. In the following example, we will be utilising Drivers Licence as an example.
Select an ID Document to upload > Tap Next.
We accept the following documents: Australian Drivers Licence
Passport
Photo ID Card & Medicare Card
ImmiCard & Medicare Card
Firearms Licence & Medicare Card

2. Enter your Personal ID details, ensuring all fields marked with * are entered.

3. Upload your Personal ID(1) > Tap Submit(2).

4. Your details will be uploaded to our systems and will receive an email shortly notifying you when your account has been verified.
