You must complete the steps found in your Account under Verification.
- Setting up 2FA
- Verifying your email address
- Verifying your mobile phone number
- Including your Facebook link (if available)
- Uploading a photo your ID (Australian Drivers Licence, Proof of Age card or Learners permits only) both front and back
- Uploading a photo of you holding your signed statement with secret code
- Uploading a utility bill (or other bill containing your current address)
Once you have successfully submitted the two photos required for verification and the optional utility bill, our verification team will review your submission and contact you via phone to ensure your identity.
Unfortunately it may take up to 2 weeks to be verified due to the recent surge in verification applications. You will either receive a call or an email when you have been verified.
You must be currently residing in Australia to complete the verification process.
