    Hmmm does this mean lots of peoples codes stopped this morning. This is super strange. I hate not being able to get into my account. Really hope Coinspot can come up with a solution soon. Its freaking me out a bit

    Can't access my Authenticator app and I'm not getting anything when I reset via SMS token. Help! It's frustrating not being able to access my account and I'm starting to regret setting up 2FA in the first place...

    Sione try using a different internet browser safari on iPhone or Crome and it should work .

    Thanks Faridulhaque - that worked. Now how do I reset 2FA if I don't have my phone that I first set it up on? Or the code?

    i am not sure how this 2FA works or not . every time I have to transfer coin to my wallet I used the sms code and its kind of working now.

    NEW ISSUE : I transferred cardano to my desktop wallet 16 hours ago and it still shows PENDING . any clue why ? any suggestions?

    Mmm no idea mate. Just a delay between the exchange and your wallet? This whole 2FA thing has actually been a real pain.

    Here's how to get Google Authenticator working again on a new phone.

     

    1) Sign into Coinspot

    2) Use SMS to then recieve a new code... use it to log in.

    3) Quickly go into your Security section of your My Account and use that same code (from the SMS) to reset 2FA.. This will then turn off 2FA.

    5) Follow the instructions to set it up again.. .using QR code, new phone and Google Authenticator.

    Also try clearing your browsering history, that might help you get the SMS
