If you have not received your AUD withdrawal after 3 business days (1 business day processing and up to 2 business days standard bank transfer) please follow the steps below:
- Go through and double check your bank transaction history and make sure you haven't received your payment.
- Go to your Account and Bank Details and ensure the BSB is correct
- Double check the BSB
- Go to your Account and Bank Details and ensure the account number is correct
- Double check the Account number
- If there are any mistakes, please update your banking details
- Lodge a request with Category selection 'Banking Issue' and let us know the mistake and be honest so we can assist. If there are no mistakes lodge a request as well.
