Help using POLi Deposits

Instant Deposits with POLi! 

POLi Deposit is an instant online payment option allowing you to make a bank transfer from your internet banking site directly into your CoinSpot account. Below we have provided users with a guide on how to initiate a POLi Deposit and any further questions associated with POLi Deposits.

Making a POLi Deposit

1. From your Dashboard, Select the 'POLi' option from the Quick Deposit Menu.

2. Enter your Deposit Amount⁽¹⁾ that you wish to deposit and select the Bank⁽²⁾ you wish to deposit from.

3. Select 'Continue to POLi'.

You will then be taken to the POLi Payments Portal which will take you to your internet banking login. Enter your internet banking details using your usual login credentials and complete the deposit.

Your bank may send you a security code, check your mobile device or your mobile banking app for this. In the event you are unable to receive a security code or are experiencing issues with that, please reach out to your banking provider to discuss this further.

Afterwards, once the payment is successful, you will be redirected back to CoinSpot.

Quick POLi Deposit

1. Skip the process above and quickly deposit $2,000 AUD from the 'POLi Quick' button on your dashboard.

2. A pop up to deposit via POLi will be shown. Quick POLi will always and only be $2,000 AUD as the default amount for quick deposits.

Which banks do you accept POLi Deposits from?

For POLi Deposits, a drop down list showing all supported banks will be presented to you when you initiate a POLi deposit.

 

Why is my POLi payment not working?

With certain banks, you need to set CoinSpot as a payee in your bank account, please contact us for these details.

I haven't received my POLi Deposit

In the event you have not received your POLi Deposit after initiating a POLi deposit, please reach out to our Support Team.

I have increased my deposit limit, why is my POLi Deposit limit still $2,000? 

To raise your POLi Deposit limit, you will need to make your first $2,000 AUD POLi Deposit when fully verified. This will initiate a 7 day countdown and once the countdown has lapsed, your POLi Deposit limit will be raised to $20,000 AUD per 24 hours.

However, you can utilise other AUD depositing methods such as PayID or Direct Deposit. Deposits through those methods via Osko will usually be instant. However, first time deposits via PayID or Direct Deposit will usually undergo a temporary security delay by your banking provider by up to 1-2 Business Day.
