Follow these steps if you are unable to see your coins:
- Go to the specific wallet for the coin you purchased and refresh that wallets page- see if the balance has refreshed.
- Go to your AUD wallet and see if the funds are sitting there - you can see these by clicking 'Deposit AUD' on the dashboard and seeing your balance
- If the funds are there your buy order may have failed - please proceed to purchase your coins again.
- If the funds are not in your AUD balance then please lodge a ticket with us specifying the Category option 'Poli Payment issue' and we will assist you.
