Resetting 2FA (Requires access to your current 2FA code)
For the below method, you are required to have access to your 2FA code.
If you do not have your current 2FA code, you can contact support instead to Reset your 2FA.
If you have not recorded the manual code when setting up your account. You can Reset 2FA on your account and set it up again to capture this code.
Instructions to do this are below, once logged in:
- Go to 'Account'
- Select 'Security'
- Click on 'Reset Two Factor Authentication'
- Then enter your current 2FA code to reset it.
When you are setting up your 2FA, the QR code is the manual backup code that you will need to record.
Change mobile number
If you need to change your mobile number, then please send your request in a ticket through Zendesk Support and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
