Why do we Call?
The purpose of the On Boarding call is to touch base with our members. During the call we provide some information regarding our platform and the security options available on your account.
This call also gives our members the opportunity to provide our staff with any feedback you may have regarding your CoinSpot trading experience so far.
All phone calls will be made from Australian mobile numbers, with the number displayed on the screen.
Please note - Our staff will never ask for personal information such as passwords, codes or credit card details. They will not ask you to turn off settings or send coins. If you do receive a phone call along these lines or you have any concerns regarding the security of your account, please contact our Support team.
