Automated Deposit
Automated Deposits is available for 70+ coins! Generate a deposit address from your coin/tokens wallet page. This address will then be permanently linked to your account and you can use this to deposit automatically.
Coins sent to an Automated wallet address from Mining Pools will be accepted. Coins sent to Non-automated wallet addresses from Mining Pools will not be accepted.
In the following, we will be using Bitcoin (BTC) as an illustrative example to locate your BTC receiving wallet address.
Example
1. Select the 'Wallets' page.

2. Select or search(1) for Bitcoin > Then tap on Open BTC Wallet(2).

3. Select Receive(1) > Select the Drop-down menu(2) > Select Bitcoin(3).
In the following example, we will be using the Bitcoin Transfer Network. Before sending coins into CoinSpot, always check the transfer network before transferring.

4. Select 'Generate Deposit Address'.

5. Once generated, you can use your generated wallet address to deposit automatically.
Below is only an example of a BTC receiving wallet address.
Sending coins or tokens other than Bitcoin (BTC) to the wallet address within Bitcoin (BTC) receiving wallets page will result in a loss of your deposit.

Manual Deposit
For any coin you can not generate an address for, you can simply use the provided manual address, make your transaction, enter the details and our team will do the rest!
In the following, we will be using Avalanche (AVAX) as an illustrative example to locate the AVAX receiving wallet address and Manual Deposit form.
Coins requiring a Manual Deposit form sent from Mining Pools directly to CoinSpot will not be accepted. Manual Deposit coins from mining pools must be sent to a private wallet before being sent to CoinSpot.
Example
1. Head on over to your AVAX wallet, then select Receive(1) > Select the Network Drop-Down Menu(2) > Then select Avalanche(3).
Avalanche Transfer Network is Avax-X Chain.

2. Utilise the Manual Deposit wallet address to deposit to your AVAX to.

3. After you have made your transaction to the Manual Deposit Address, please complete the details required(1) and select Submit Manual Deposit(2) form.

Once the correct details on the Manual Deposit form has been submitted and the transaction has been confirmed on the Blockchain, our team will review the details and allocate the deposit into your account accordingly.
Destination Tag/Memo ID Deposit
Certain coins will require users to add a Memo/Destination Tag when sending coins into their CoinSpot account. The Memo/Destination Tag will be permanent and unique to each individual CoinSpot user.
In the following, we will be using Cosmos (ATOM) as an illustrative example to locate your BNB receiving wallet address and Memo.
Example
1. In the Cosmos (ATOM) wallet, select Receive > Then select the Network drop-down menu > Select ATOM.
Cosmos (ATOM) have multiple receiving transfer networks available. If you are uncertain of the Transfer Network your wallet provider transacts on, please check with your wallet provider before depositing into CoinSpot.

2. Users will then be able to obtain their ATOM receiving wallet address and memo to initiate a send into their CoinSpot account.

- Please note -
ETH/ERC20 tokens, and NEO/GAS tokens, share the same inbound wallet address and you will only need to generate a deposit address once for these coins once. All compatible wallet pages will then be updated with your deposit address.
Destination Tag/Memo ID + Manual Deposit Form
Certain coins will require users to include their Destination Tag/Memo ID when making a deposit to CoinSpot, afterwards, a Manual Deposit form is required to be filled out.
In the following, we will be using HIVE (HIVE) as an illustrative example to locate your HIVE receiving wallet address and Memo.
