Obtain Account Order History / Tax Related Documents
Prior to the account closure request, please be sure to:
- Download all copies of your CoinSpot invoices / EOFY Statements.
- Withdraw all funds out of your account, including $AUD balances and tokens.
- Remove any unique banking details saved through your internet banking.
Once you have removed all wallet balances and retained your account history, please contact our Support Team to proceed with the closure of your account.
