How to start a Live Chat
CoinSpot’s experienced and knowledgeable support team are here for you. Live Chat is available for users to speak to real people everyday and our Help Desk Support is open 24/7, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. You will find the chat option in the bottom right of all our Help Centre pages.
You can still use our Chat feature outside these operating hours and a member of our team will be in contact via email as soon as possible.

How to upload a file to Live Chat
Use the 'Paperclip' icon to attach a .JPG or .PNG file for the team!
Ensure that the file type is one of the two mentioned above and our team would be happy assist further!

How to request a Transcript of Live Chat
You may request to have the chat transcript emailed to your linked email address! Complete this by selecting the Three Dots(1) and then selecting Email Transcript(2).

How to Leave/End Chat
Looking to end or leave the chat? Tap on the 'End Chat' button under the text box or use the Three Dots in the bottom right corner to then select 'End Chat'. Be sure to leave your feedback along with a chat rating!
