Raising your POLi Deposit Limit

Low level CoinSpot accounts will have a $2,000 AUD deposit limit per 24 hour via POLi deposit.

Unlike other deposit methods, when users possess a fully verified CoinSpot account, users POLi deposit limit will remain at $2,000 AUD until further action is taken. 

However, to raise your POLi deposit limit, you will need to conduct your first $2,000 AUD POLi deposit when fully verified. This will initiate a 7 day countdown and once this countdown has lapsed, your POLi deposit limit will be raised to $20,000 AUD per 24 hours.

If you are currently waiting for your POLi deposit limit to be raised to $20,000 AUD and wish to conduct larger AUD deposits, you can utilise an assortment of other instant depositing methods such as PayID or for larger deposits, Direct Deposit via OSKO. Can’t find your bank?

If you are unable to locate your banking provider when attempting to make a POLi deposit, this is because your banking provider does not offer POLi deposits. Not all major banking providers provide POLi deposit services.

ANZ

Unfortunately, ANZ is not located on the POLi portal. We can only accept banks that meet our security standards that adequately protect their customer accounts from fraud. At this time ANZ does not offer customers this protection by default. We are hoping to find a solution that will allow us to enable ANZ, however this is not likely in the short term.

Westpac Banking Corporation

In line with the most recent changes in operations by Westpac Banking Corporation, Westpac Banking Corporation has unfortunately concluded their support for AUD deposits via POLi.

However, we would recommend users with those banking providers not supporting POLi to use other instant depositing methods, such as PayID or for larger deposits, Direct Deposits via OSKO.
