What is in this article?

When taking a photo of your verification document, please take note of the following
- Ensure the details are clear, legible and that we are able to see all four corners.
- There is no glare or hologram reflection masking the details on your document.
- The photo is in .JPEG or .PNG format.
- The photo is in colour.
- We do not accept scanned documents or screenshots of verification documents, you can utilise your mobile phone camera and take a photo.
For more information regarding each accepted verification documents, we have provided users with a list below.
Australian Driver Licence or Learner Permit
We only accept Australian Driver Licence & Learner Permits. We may accept a licence or permit that has expired by up to 10 years, providing it passes checks against relevant government databases.
Unfortunately, we are unable to accept international Driver Licences.
Users from NSW will be able to utilise their NSW Digital Driver Licence & Learner Permits as a form of verification document.
A photo of the front and back of a Driver Licence is required.

Passport
We accept passports from Australia and a number of different countries. To view the list of supported countries, please select the drop down menu under ‘Passport Country’.
We are able to accept Australian Passports that are expired by up to 2 years, providing it passes checks against relevant government databases.
International Passports must be up to date and not expired.

Don’t have an Australian Driver Licence/Learner Permit or Passport?
Select ‘Don’t have a drivers licence or passport’ to view a range of other accepted verification documents.

Photo ID card and Medicare Card
Users who do not hold a Driver Licence or Passport will be able to utilise Photo ID/Proof of Age card and Medicare Card together.
Photo ID/Proof of Age card must include an issue date within 10 years or an expiry date, this must not be expired.
Users from VIC will be able to also utilise Keypass Card and Medicare Card as a form of verification document.
Photo ID/Proof of Age card - You will need to upload the front and back of your Photo ID/Proof of Age card and complete the required details.

Medicare Card - You will need to upload a photo of your Medicare Card and complete the required details. Medicare cards must be up to date and not expired. Digital Medicare cards are also accepted.

ImmiCard and/or Medicare Card
Users who hold an ImmiCard can upload the front of this document and can also attach a Medicare Card (Optional). Immicards must be up to date and not expired.
Medicare cards must be up to date and not expired. Digital Medicare cards are also accepted.

Firearms Licence and/or Medicare card
Users who possess a Firearms Licence are able to utilise this as a form of verification document. This must be up to date and not expired.
You are able to upload a photo of the front of this document and also attach a Medicare Card (Optional).
Medicare cards must be up to date and not expired. Digital Medicare card is also accepted.

I install the driving license, but it locks it and does not take the correct date. There is a suspension on the registration, which can be processed in order to open it
