2FA not enabled for your account?
Users have the option to enable app based 2FA for their account opposed to using SMS 2FA as a better means of security on their account and an ease of access to acquire 2FA codes.
We ask that users set up app based 2FA before disabling SMS 2FA on your account to avoid any troubles that you may encounter.
Locating the Security Page
1. Once logged in, select the My Account Menu(1) > Security(2).

Disabling SMS 2FA
2. Once on the Security page, locate Disable SMS Security Token(1) > Enter in your App Based 2FA Code(2) > Then click on Disable SMS 2FA(3).

2FA is used to complete various tasks when using the platform and either option is a requirement to operate the account to its full accessibility.
Through the My Account Menu (Security), you have the option to disable both of these. Unfortunately, in the event that both of these options are disabled, this will cause issues in being able to send coins off platform, recover and receive a new password and other essential tasks.
