Need an extra layer of protection on your CoinSpot account to prevent unauthorised withdrawals?
At CoinSpot we allow users the ability to disable AUD and coin withdrawals. In the event there is any unauthorised access into your CoinSpot account, with Withdrawals Disabled, your funds will not be able to be withdrawn.
- Important -
To re-enable your withdrawals, you will need to provide us with a sufficient Authorisation Photo.
For security reasons, incomplete photos and statements will be rejected and will be required to be submitted again.

How to Disable Withdrawals
1. Select the My Account Menu(1) > Then select Security(2).

2. Select Disable Withdrawals(1) > Then select Disable Now(2).

3. Congratulations, your withdrawals have been successfully disabled!

How to Re-enable Withdrawals
In the event you wish to remove the self withdrawal restrictions, to make a coin or AUD withdrawal. We will require you to provide us with your Authorisation Photo.
