Easily edit and add your personal banking details
In order to withdraw any AUD funds from your CoinSpot account, you will be required to add Bank Details (BSB & Account Number) for your nominated bank account. This will become the default bank account your AUD withdrawals will be processed to. Through the CoinSpot Mobile App, you can add or change these details at any time following the steps below.
To add bank details on the CoinSpot Mobile App, you will be required to have App Based 2FA enabled. For further information on how to set up App Based 2FA, please have a read of our How to set up 2FA article.
Please ensure the details you enter are from a valid Australian Bank Account held in your name only.
AUD withdrawals will only be allowed to be directed to a bank account linked to the registered CoinSpot account.
Adding Bank Account Details
1. Tap on the Account Menu Icon.

2. Then select 'Withdraw AUD'.

3. Tap on the 'Add Bank Account Details' button.

4. Enter your Bank Account Details(1) into the following field > Then tap on Save Details(2).
If you are receiving wrong token message when utilising your App Based 2FA Token, please have a read of our 2FA Token Troubleshoot Article.
*Please ensure the details are correct before saving your details

5. Enter your App Based 2FA Token(1) > Afterwards tap on Confirm(2).

6. Congratulations, you have successfully added your bank details to your CoinSpot account!

If you need to re-enable your withdrawals, please submit your Authorisation Photo to Account Recovery. Please note Authorisation Photos that do not meet our criteria will be rejected.
