Unsubscribing From Marketing Emails

We send emails to users providing various site specific news from time to time. These emails may contain information regarding new coins listings, important coin de-listings, quick market insights or various promotions we run.

If you would like to stop receiving our marketing emails, you can simply do so from the email itself.

Firstly, you will need to locate a marketing email from the mailbox of the email address linked to your CoinSpot account. Once this has been located, you can follow the guide below to unsubscribe your email address.

Sender Unsubscribe Button (Gmail/Outlook)

If you use a Gmail account, they provide you an option to unsubscribe from the top of the email where the sender's name and address may be.

Unsubscribe Button (Hotmail/Outlook/Gmail)

You may find the button to unsubscribe at the bottom of your email, beyond the graphics and text. Below is an example of where you can locate this button.
