How to deposit NFTs into my CoinSpot account

CoinSpot users are now able to send NFTs into their CoinSpot account, holding their digital assets in the safety of their secure CoinSpot wallet. As our listed NFT collections grow, we are now welcoming the transfer of NFTs from your private wallet, please follow the guide below to locate your receiving wallet address. 

- Please note - 

Only deposit NFTs from listed collections on CoinSpot, sending unlisted collections into CoinSpot can result in the loss of your NFT. For further information please read our CoinSpot's Coin Deposit Recovery Policy article.

Locating Your NFT Receiving Wallet Address

Using the web version of the platform, you are able to locate your NFT wallet through the My Account Menu 

1. Tap on My Account Menu⁽¹⁾ > Then tap on NFT Wallet⁽²⁾.

2. Once in the NFT wallet, select the  button.

3. Within the NFT Receiving Wallet page, you can locate your NFT Receiving Wallet Address. Copy and paste or Scan the QR code of your NFT Wallet Address into the External Wallets NFT Sending page.

A. Select the button to copy this to your clipboard, afterwards, you will be able to paste this into your External NFTs Sending Wallet to initiate an NFT send.

B. Alternatively, if your NFT Wallet provider supports sending via QR code, you can scan your CoinSpot NFTs Wallet Address via QR code to initiate an NFT send.

4. If you are experiencing issues with initiating an NFT send from your external wallet into your CoinSpot account, we recommend you to reach out to your NFT Sending Wallet provider.
Please also allow for extra time for your NFT deposit to process as advised on the CoinSpot NFT Receiving Wallets Page.
