The CoinSpot Mobile App has made it easy for CoinSpot users to deposit coins into their CoinSpot account. While we offer a simple process for depositing coins, please feel free to follow our quick guide to locating your Receiving Wallet Address.
When depositing coins into your CoinSpot account, it is important to ensure that it is not an invalid deposit.
Examples of Invalid Coin Deposit:
- Depositing coins not listed on CoinSpot.
- Depositing coins listed on CoinSpot using the wrong transfer network.
- Depositing coins listed on CoinSpot using the wrong wallet address.

Automated Receiving Wallet Address
1. Tap ‘Wallets’.

2. Search or Select the coin you are depositing into CoinSpot. In this example, we will be using Ethereum (ETH).
⭑Optional: Tap on 'Hide Zero Balance' to only show coins that you are currently holding.

3. Within the Ethereum (ETH) Wallets Page, Tap on ‘Receive’.

4. Tap on the drop down menu Select a network(1)> Then select a Transfer Network(2) to deposit to.
*Please ensure your sending wallet provider is able to support the transfer networks mentioned under ‘Network to receive with’ before initiating a deposit to your CoinSpot account. Sending via an unsupported transfer network can result in loss of assets.

5. On the Ethereum (ETH) Receiving Wallets Page, you will be presented with the Transfer Network, Receiving Wallet Address, and QR code to scan your Wallet Address.
Press on to copy the wallet address and paste this into your external wallets sending page.
⭑Optional: Alternatively, if your external wallet provider offers you the ability to scan the QR code version of your wallet address, you can scan this using the QR code displayed.

Memo/Destination Tag Receiving Wallet Address
Coins that require a Memo/Destination Tag will look like the following below:
*Please ensure to include the relevant Memo/Destination Tag at the time of your coin deposit. In the event you have forgotten to include your unique Memo/Destination Tag, please reach out to our Support Team.
Manual Deposit Receiving Wallet Address
If you are attempting to deposit coins that require a Manual Deposit Form, you will need to complete this on the CoinSpot Website. Unfortunately, at this time Manual Deposit submission is not available through the CoinSpot Mobile App.

In the event you have not received a coin deposit into your CoinSpot account after an extended period of time, please reach out to our Support Team and we will investigate this further for you. Please note that CoinSpot does not control the speed of deposits arriving into your account, there may be other external factors impacting the speed of your deposit. However, please note that sends may take up to 12 hours to complete processing.
