1. Tap on 'My Account Menu '.

2. Tap on 'CoinSpot Card'.

3. Once on the CoinSpot Card page, tap on ‘Disable Card ’.

4. Congratulations, you have successfully disabled your CoinSpot Mastercard.
Please note, if your CoinSpot Mastercard is disabled, you will not be able to view your card details.

CoinSpot Mobile App - How do I re-enable my card?
1. Tap on 'My Account Menu '.

2. Tap on 'CoinSpot Card'.

3. On the CoinSpot Card page, toggle ‘Disable Card ’ to re-enable your CoinSpot Mastercard.

4. Enter your App Based 2FA Token(1) > Then select Confirm(2).
If you are receiving 2FA wrong token message with your Authenticator App, please have a read of our App Based 2FA Troubleshoot article.
If you no longer have access to your Authenticator App, please follow our Reset or restore your 2FA article.

5. Congratulations, you have successfully re-enabled your CoinSpot Mastercard!

1. Press on My Account Menu(1) > Select Security(2).

2. Select CoinSpot Card(1) > Press on Disable CoinSpot Mastercard(2).

3. Your CoinSpot Mastercard will now be disabled.

CoinSpot Website - How do I re-enable my card?
1. Press on My Account Menu(1) > Select Security(2).

2. Select CoinSpot Card(1) > Enter your App Based 2FA Token(2) > Then select Activate CoinSpot Mastercard(3).
