Uploading new ID documents will grant users with greater options for verifying a request made via Account Recovery. In the event that our team has requested further personal identification, this can now be uploaded directly to our new self-service area.
When attempting to upload new identification documents, please ensure you are logged into your CoinSpot account.
If you cannot log into your CoinSpot account and wish to provide us with new identification documents, please reach out to our Support Team here.
Uploading your identification
1. Navigate to the bottom of the CoinSpot web page and press on 'Update or Recover Account'.
Alternatively, to go to the Update or Recover Account page, press here.

2. Then tap on 'Upload Other Information' and proceed to login if you are not already.

3. From here, you can upload a selection of other personal documents.
Select a Personal identification category(1) > Upload your document(2) > Submit Documents(3).

4. Congratulations, you have successfully uploaded your new identification.
Our team will review your submission and if we require any further information, we will get in touch directly.
