Placed an Advanced Order on the CoinSpot Mobile App and are looking to review or cancel this? You can certainly complete this through the app, simply follow the instructions provided down below!

If you are looking to view or cancel your Advanced Orders on the CoinSpot website, please head on over to the My Account Menu (Open Orders).

Instructions to set up Advanced Orders on the CoinSpot Mobile App, can be located below:

How to view an Advanced Order

1. Tap on Quick Options Button ⁽¹⁾ > Select Open Orders⁽²⁾.

2. On the Open Orders page, select 'Advanced Orders Tab' to view your Open and Completed orders. You can also view expanded details of Advanced Orders created by tapping on them.
⭑ Optional: You will be able to toggle between Open Advanced Orders and Completed Advanced Orders.

How to cancel an Advanced Order

1. Tap on Quick Options Button ⁽¹⁾ > Select Open Orders⁽²⁾.

2. Tap on Advanced Orders⁽¹⁾> Then select the order to cancel⁽²⁾.
In the following example, we will be cancelling a Buy Stop Order for Ripple (XRP).

3. Review the Advanced Order that you are looking to cancel > Once you are ready to cancel your order tap on 'Cancel Order'.

4. Congratulations, you have successfully cancelled an Open Advanced Order!
