What is an AI Agent?

An AI agent is a piece of software that can understand your questions, look things up, and take actions on your behalf - all through a simple conversation. Think of it like a very knowledgeable assistant that you can message any time, day or night.

Instead of clicking through menus and searching for information yourself, you simply type what you need in plain language and the AI agent does the work for you. You don’t need any technical experience to use one.

What is OpenClaw?

OpenClaw is a free and open-source autonomous AI Agent that executes tasks for you through messaging platforms like WhatsApp, Telegram, Slack or Discord.

OpenClaw connects directly to your CoinSpot account (with your permission) so it can give you personalised, real-time answers rather than generic information. It works through the messaging apps you already use, so there’s nothing new to install or learn.
 

What can I do with OpenClaw on CoinSpot?

OpenClaw is designed to make your everyday crypto tasks faster and easier. Here are some of the things you can do just by sending a message:

Is this secure?

Security is a top priority at CoinSpot. Your account and information remain safe:

• Confirmation before action. The OpenClaw agent is instructed to never execute a buy, sell or swap without asking you to confirm first.
• No access to withdrawal addresses. OpenClaw cannot add new withdrawal addresses or send funds to external wallets.
• Revoke any time. You can disconnect OpenClaw or change its permissions instantly from your account settings.

Frequently asked questions

Does OpenClaw cost anything extra?

No. OpenClaw is free and costs nothing to integrate into your CoinSpot account. Standard trading fees still apply to any trades you execute through the agent.

What if I type something wrong?

No problem. OpenClaw will ask you to clarify if it doesn’t understand your message. And for any action that involves your funds, it is instructed to always show you a summary and ask for confirmation before proceeding.
