NEW Feature: Notification Centre

To enhance the user experience and streamline communication, we have launched the latest addition to the platform, introducing the Notification Centre!

With the Notification Centre you can find a range of alerts, updates and platform mentions all in one place. The Notification Centre can appear as a drop-down style menu or a full page if you wish to view all your notifications. This makes organising and viewing notifications for your account easier and organised. Below are the three categories of notifications available in the notifications centre, we have covered what is included in each category further into the article:

Important

Within the Important category, you will find some example notifications: 

• API Keys request
• PayID allocation
• Wallet maintenance messages
  

General

Within the General category, you will find some example notifications: 

• Account verification requirements
• Coin withdrawal confirmations
• Failed withdrawal attempts

Trading

Within the Trading category, you will find some example notifications:

• Conditional Orders completed
• Market orders completed
• OTC Trades and Quotes
• Price Alerts 
• Recurring Buy

Using the Notification Centre

When logged into the browser version of the platform, you can find the notification drop-down menu at the top right of the menu bar by clicking the bell icon . Click on the 'View All' button to view the Notifications Homepage.

Clearing notifications can be completed by selecting the  icon on the relevant notification. 

Marking notifications as 'Read' will reduce the number of unread notifications present. This can be seen within the red box above the notifications icon .
You can also select 'Mark all as read' to instantly read all unread notifications

CoinSpot Mobile App

Notifications on the app can be cleared in the same way as the web browser version. Unread or new notifications on the bell icon will appear with a red circle instead of a number. 

Notifications can be cleared by selecting the icon in the relevant row to the right, otherwise notifications will automatically clear once viewed.
