CoinSpot Mobile App - Upload Verification Photo

Once you have completed the initial verification process, you will have the option to increase your daily deposit limit from $2,000 per 24hr to $100,000 per 24hr.

To increase your deposit limit, you will be required to upload your Verification Photo.

Uploading your Verification Photo

1. On your Dashboard, select the ‘Account Menu '.

2. Select ‘ Verification’.

3. Tap on ‘Upload Photo’.

4. Review the note requirements and instructions provided on the screen.

5. Review the photo requirements and replicate the example photo showing in your app. Take the photo with yourself along with your statement.
*If you are having issues with taking your photo, please set a timer on your camera device and take a small step backwards.

6. Once you have taken your Verification Photo, tap on Upload verification photo⁽¹⁾ > Once ready to proceed, tap on Submit⁽²⁾.

7. Congratulations you have successfully uploaded your Verification Photo. If our team requires any further information, they will reach out to you accordingly.
