Over-the-Counter (OTC) Offers are now available via the CoinSpot Mobile App!

Check out the latest update that provides direct access to the OTC trading option on the CoinSpot Mobile app. Now, you can effortlessly browse, purchase, and track your eligible OTC orders directly through your mobile phone.

Terms and eligibility

A request for OTC must be submitted with our Premium Support Team here.
Each trade must be greater than or equal to $20,000 AUD in value.
OTC trades have a low 0.1% fee.

To access CoinSpot's specialised OTC, you will need a Fully Verified CoinSpot account.

How to place an Instant OTC Buy order

1. Tap on Quick Options Button ⁽¹⁾ > Select OTC ⁽²⁾.

2. You will be presented with the OTC page, Tap on Continue to OTC.

3. Select or search for an OTC asset.
In the following example we will be completing an Instant OTC Buy order for Bitcoin (BTC).

4. Enter the amount⁽¹⁾ > Then tap on Get Instant Buy Quote⁽²⁾.
Optional: Tap on the Inverted arrows to swap between denominations.*
**Optional: Tap on Buy Max to use all AUD funds.

5. Review the quoted price and rate, if you are looking to proceed tap on Lock in Quote.
The quote will expire within 60 seconds and refresh, alternatively you can tap on Refresh Rate.
Optional: Alternatively, you can request for a call from our Premium Support Team about the quote.*

6. Once you are ready to proceed with your Instant OTC Buy Order, tap on Complete Transaction.

7. Congratulations, your Instant OTC Buy Order has been completed!

How to place an Instant OTC Sell order

1. Tap on Quick Options Button ⁽¹⁾ > Select OTC ⁽²⁾.

2. You will be presented with the OTC page, Tap on Continue to OTC.

3. Select or search for an OTC asset.
In the following example we will be completing an Instant OTC Sell order for Bitcoin (BTC).

How to request an OTC call

On Trade Page

After selecting coin, on the value entry page, tap the phone button top right to Book a Call

At Quote Review

Once you have requested an OTC order, whilst reviewing you may tap the button that reads
Ask OTC team about the quote.

OTC Page

1. Within the OTC main page, Tap on Request OTC Call.
