Easily customise your account security features on the CoinSpot Mobile App!
The CoinSpot Mobile App offers users a number of features for enhancing the security of their CoinSpot account. One of the security features available now is the ability to Disable Withdrawals, cryptocurrency and AUD. Having this enabled, will prevent unauthorised withdrawals and to re-enable this, you will need to submit a request to Account Recovery (Re-enable Withdrawals).

How to Disable Withdrawals
1. Tap on the Account Menu Icon

2. Next select 'Security'.

3. In the security page locate and select ‘Withdrawals’.

4. Once you are ready to disable your withdrawals, tap 'Disable'.
In order to re-enable to withdrawals, you will need to contact our Support Team.

5. Congratulations, you have successfully disabled withdrawals!

How to Re-enable Withdrawals
In the event you wish to remove the self-placed withdrawal restrictions, to make a coin send or AUD withdrawal. We will require you to provide us with an Authorisation Photo.
Please head on over to the Account Recovery page (Re-enable Withdrawals) to submit your Re-enable Withdrawals request.
