1. Login to the CoinSpot Mobile App and tap on the ‘ Account Menu’.

2. Tap ' Give Feedback’.

3. Select the category of feedback to provide.

4. Enter your feedback and hit ‘Submit Feedback’.

1. On the CoinSpot website, click the ‘Support’ button on the dashboard located at the bottom right of the screen.

2. Along the top, select ‘Feedback ’.

3. Select the category of feedback to provide, fill out the form & tap ‘Submit Feedback’.
