If you want a guarantee to receive any coins or tokens from forks, airdrops or similar activities, then you must send the coins or token to your own private wallet, outside of CoinSpot.

The CoinSpot platform can not support every coin fork, airdrop or any similar activity.

We understand that sometimes our Members are interested in receiving ‘free coins’ from these initiatives and believe they are entitled to these coins/tokens while the assets are held in the CoinSpot wallets, however, this is not generally the case unless otherwise announced by CoinSpot.

CoinSpot encourages its Members to actively conduct their own research regarding forks and airdrops and take initiative in sending their coins to a private wallet before the fork occurs.
