Users with a Yahoo email domain occasionally find our emails not being received into their mailbox due to the default filters set by the mailbox host. Unfortunately users of Yahoo are not able to alter the default filters but can try the troubleshooting method below to receive our emails.
Please follow the below steps to ensure you receive all emails in your regular inbox. Please note that you can only complete the below on a computer and not a mobile device.
How to create a filter
1. Once logged in, click the 'three dots
' on the left of your screen > Then 'Settings

2. Once in the settings:
• Tap on Filters(1)
• Tap on + Add new filters(2)
• In Filter name, enter CoinSpot Emails(3)
• In Set rules, select From > Contains(4), Then enter the keywords: CoinSpot, Support, Zendesk(4)
• Select a folder or Type(5) your chosen folder to forward these emails into >
• Tap on Save(6)

If you are not receiving the coin send confirmation email, cancel your coin send via the Transactions page of the coin and re-initiate the send again. For instructions on how to cancel a coin send, please visit the following article below:
If you are still not receiving emails, check the emails in your spam inbox and check All Mail or All Inboxes within the Yahoo mailbox. Also try and search for 'CoinSpot' via Yahoo search bar.
