Adding our support email to Outlook's safe mailing list!
If you are not receiving confirmation emails from CoinSpot in your Outlook inbox. The first step is to check your Junk Email in your outlook inbox.
If you are still not receiving emails from CoinSpot, you can add our email address into your Outlook safe mailing list. Please follow the instructions below.
How to create a filter
1. The first step is to log into your Outlook email account.
2. Click on the Gear Icon(1) and select View all Outlook settings(2)

3. Tap on Junk email(1) > Tap on Safe mailing lists(2) > Tap on + Add safe mailing list(3).

4. Follow the instructions provided below:
• An empty field will appear, type in support@coinspot.com.au(1) >
• Press on Ok(2) >
• Press on Save(3).

5. Congratulations, you have successfully added our email address to your safe mailing list!

If you are not receiving the coin send confirmation email, cancel your coin send via the Transactions page of the coin and re-initiate the send again. For instructions on how to cancel a coin send, please visit the following article below:
If you are still not receiving emails, check the emails in your Junk Email inbox on your Outlook account and search for 'CoinSpot'.
