CoinSpot users who are logged into their CoinSpot account can change their password within their Security Menu. Below is a quick guide on how to complete this through My Account Menu (Security).
This guide is for users who wish to change their password when logged in.

Changing your password with App Based 2FA enabled
1. Once logged in, select My Account Menu(1) > Security(2).

2. On the Security Menu page, Select Change Password(1) > Enter your Old Password, New Password and Two Factor Code(2) > Then select button(3) to change your password.

3. Congratulations, you have successfully changed your password! Ensure you are utilising your new password when logging in via the CoinSpot Website and CoinSpot Mobile App.

Changing your password without App Based 2FA
If you do not have App Based 2FA enabled, you can change your password from the Security Page without App Based 2FA or SMS 2FA. It is strongly recommended to ensure you have App Based 2FA enabled, further instructions on How to set up 2FA can be located here.
1. Once logged in, select My Account Menu(1) > Security(2).

2. On the Security Menu page, Select Change Password(1) > Enter your Old Password and New Password(2) > Then select button(3) to change your password.

3. Congratulations, you have successfully changed your password! Ensure you are utilising your new password when logging in via the CoinSpot Website and CoinSpot Mobile App.
