Step by step guide to complete an AUD withdraw
Fee to withdraw AUD?
AUD withdrawals are FREE.
CoinSpot does not charge any fees to withdraw your AUD to your nominated Australian bank account. There is also no minimum or maximum withdrawal amount.
Do you hold my funds when I create an AUD withdrawal?
No, we do not hold funds for you when you create an AUD withdrawal request.
Instead we will debit your AUD holdings once the withdrawal has been processed. Please ensure you leave sufficient funds in your AUD wallet to be deducted once we can process your AUD withdrawal.
AUD withdrawal requests may be paused if CoinSpot determines more information is required regarding the safety of your CoinSpot account. In this case, you will be contacted immediately to ensure your withdrawal arrives promptly. If you are unable to be contacted by a CoinSpot representative, please reach out to our Support Team directly here to have your withdrawal completed.

What is a Business Day: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday & Friday
What is not a Business Day: Public Holidays & Weekends.
Do I have to be verified to withdraw AUD?
Yes, in order to withdraw AUD funds you must have a verified CoinSpot account. You can verify your account through the 'My Account Menu' under the 'Verification' button. Further assistance can be found here.
Can I withdraw funds to an international bank account?
No, as we are an Australian Digital Currency Exchange you may only withdraw to an Australian Bank Account under your name.
How do I view my AUD Withdrawal History?
1. Select the My Account Menu(1) > Withdraw AUD(2).

2. At the bottom of the AUD Withdrawal page will be the full history of your recent AUD withdrawal requests.
