Extended Verification is required as part of our regulatory obligations
As per our processes and procedures, we request for users to complete extended verification upon reaching the AUD Deposit or Withdrawal threshold.
Communications for extended verification will come through as an email, requesting the requirements to be met in gaining a High Value account status.
The information we ask for complies with industry regulations, and our members are required to provide this information only after they reach a specific AUD deposit or withdrawal threshold.
Please Note: The threshold will vary depending on your account type.
Upon completing Extended Verification your account status will upgrade to High Value, granting you direct and immediate access to our Premium Support Team who provide personal assistance over the phone upon request and when required. Our Premium Support Team also provides extra assistance with EOFY Statements, including deposits, withdrawals and quarterly statements for your account.
After you've submitted your Extended Verification, a member of the team will review and reach out to you via emails or a follow up phone call in regards to your outcome.
