When your account has reached our AUD deposit or withdrawal threshold, you will receive an email from us requesting that you complete our Extended Verification.
The information we request is inline with industry regulations and our members are only required to answer these once they reach a particular AUD deposit or withdrawal threshold. Please note that this threshold varies depending on your account type.
Completing Extended Verification also raises your account status to High Value and allows access to our Direct Deposit option.
