My mobile device has been stolen, what should I do?

If your mobile device has been stolen, contact our Support Team immediately.

My card has been compromised, where can I report this?

If you notice an unauthorised transaction or believe your CoinSpot Mastercard has been compromised, please disable your card via the CoinSpot Mobile App immediately.

1. Tap on My Account Menu Icon (Top right corner).
2. Tap on CoinSpot Card.
3. Tap on Disable Card.

Immediately contact CoinSpot Support Team if you do not recognise a transaction made.
