If your mobile device has been stolen, contact our Support Team immediately.
My card has been compromised, where can I report this?
If you notice an unauthorised transaction or believe your CoinSpot Mastercard has been compromised, please disable your card via the CoinSpot Mobile App immediately.
- Tap on My Account Menu Icon (Top right corner).
- Tap on CoinSpot Card.
- Tap on Disable Card.
Immediately contact CoinSpot Support Team if you do not recognise a transaction made.
