PayPal Deposits are convenient for users who already have a PayPal account and wish to use the service instead of a banking provider. The process is a simple application where users enter their desired depositing amount and then complete their deposit via the PayPal portal.
PayPal incurs a 0.5% fee with instant deposits completed into your CoinSpot account once confirmed.

How do I make a PayPal Deposit?
1. At the top of your Dashboard, select ‘Deposit Funds’.

2. On the Deposit Funds page, select 'PayPal'.

3. Enter the Deposit Amount(1) > Then press Continue(2).

4. You will be redirected to the PayPal login portal. Enter your PayPal login credentials.

5. Select a linked bank account or debit/credit to deposit from(1) > Once ready to complete your transaction, select Complete Purchase(2).
⭑Optional: You can link a new credit/debit card to your PayPal account.

6. Congratulations, you have successfully completed a PayPal Deposit!

Do I need to make a PayPal account?
When making a PayPal Deposit a PayPal account is required.

What are the fees & limits?
CoinSpot users will be able to make PayPal Deposits that incur a 0.5% fee taken by PayPal, displayed within your total value before confirming, with payments up to $10,000 AUD for Fully Verified accounts.
Your bank may apply fees when utilising PayPal, please check this with your banking institution.

What currencies can I deposit using my PayPal account?
When depositing via PayPal, only Australian Dollars (AUD) are supported.
Like other deposit methods, we only accept AUD fiat and no other currencies. Using other currencies will not be accepted.
Can I withdraw AUD to my PayPal account?

Can I use an International PayPal account?
No, you cannot use an International PayPal account. You must use an Australian PayPal account.
Can I deposit using Goods or Services/Family and Friends?
No, if you have deposited via Goods or Services/Family and Friends to your CoinSpot account, this will not be received.

Can I deposit from PayPal's Website/App to my CoinSpot account?
No, you cannot deposit from PayPal's platform directly to your CoinSpot account.
Please do not deposit from PayPal's platform using your CoinSpot PayID email, doing so will require you to recall the funds from PayPal.

Why was my payment declined?
PayPal Deposits via a linked credit card will fail to process if you have Cash Advance disabled on your mobile banking app.
