Low level accounts deposit limit will be capped at $2,000 per day, please click here to increase your limit. 

Each payment method has its own 24hr limit and these limits are independent from each other. You can use a combination of deposit methods to fund your CoinSpot account.

Direct Deposit via OSKO - Instant (First time/Large deposits may be delayed 1 - 2 Business Days depending on your bank)

How long do PayID deposits take to clear?

PayID deposits are Instant to your account. If your PayID deposit has not been completed instantly, quite often this will be pending with your financial institution. Please check the status of the deposit on your banking app. 

PayID deposits, especially if this is your first deposit or you have deposited a large amount, can often be held for security reasons and you may need to contact your bank.

How do I deposit more than my AUD deposit limit?

If you wish to make larger deposits into your CoinSpot account, we can offer Direct Deposits.

If users are only verified to deposit $2,000 AUD per 24 hour, users can raise their AUD deposit limit. To raise your deposit limit, please provide us your verification photo through the Verification Page. For further information with the requirements of a successful Verification Photo, please have a read of our Verification Photo Tips article.

Viewing AUD Deposit History 

To locate your AUD Deposit History, select Deposit Funds from your Dashboard. 

Select the View Deposit History Tab from the menu option and a full history of your AUD deposit will be available.
